Administradora General de Fondos
Founded in 2016, following the approval of its bylaws by the Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF). In August 2024, a share purchase agreement was executed for 100% of the shares of the fund manager by Invinsa Capital and Administradora de Fondos Invinsa S.A. In January 2025, the CMF approved the amendment to the bylaws, completing the change of corporate name from Altis AGF to Invinsa AGF.
Today, Invinsa AGF operates with the vision of becoming a benchmark in the active, specialized management of alternative assets — recognized for its transparency, commitment to sustainability, and excellence — generating reliable, long-term value for our investors, employees, and society.
DIRECTORS
Founder and Partner of Invinsa Capital SpA and Chairman of the Board of Invinsa AGF. He has extensive experience in real estate investment and asset management. He previously served as a portfolio manager at Independencia Fondos de Inversión and led the structuring of real estate funds at Nevasa. He served as Regional Ministerial Secretary of Economy for the O'Higgins Region following the 2010 earthquake. Civil Engineer, Universidad de los Andes.
CRISTIÁN BARROS R.
Chairman
He has more than 40 years of experience in banking, most notably as Head of Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Renewable Energy Banking at BCI. His expertise spans financing for residential, commercial, office, and infrastructure projects, including participation in investment and structuring decisions. He holds a degree in Business Engineering from Universidad de Chile and an MBA in Finance and International Business. Since 2024, he serves as Director of Invinsa AGF and member of the Audit Committee.
MANUEL ALFERO G.
External Director
He has more than ten years of experience in the Chilean financial industry. He served as Deputy Commercial Manager at BICE Corredores de Bolsa, Business Manager for External Channels at IM Trust/Credicorp Capital, and Commercial Manager at Endurance Investments. He is currently a partner at the sustainability consulting firm Consoul. Business Engineer from Universidad de los Andes and holds a Master's in Marketing and Commercial Management from ESADE. Since 2024, he serves on the Board of Invinsa AGF and the Investment Committee.
JUAN DE SOLMINIHAC C.
External Director
Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate and structured finance, business reorganizations, foreign investment, and corporate law. He is a partner at the law firm Ried Fabres and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from New York University. Since 2024, he serves on the Board of Invinsa AGF and the Ethics Committee, overseeing legal and regulatory compliance matters.
JAIME HIRSCHBERG F.
External Director
Partner of Invinsa Capital SpA and Director of Invinsa AGF. Business Engineer, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Specialist in investment analysis and asset management. He served as CIO of the Estrella del Sur Family Office and currently sits on the boards of Primus Capital and its subsidiaries. He brings expertise in strategic asset allocation and corporate governance.
